About the role
Northwind is looking for a finance business partner to work alongside its leadership team in Dubai. You’ll turn numbers into clear decisions and help the business plan with confidence.
What you’ll do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reviews
- Build models and analysis that support key business decisions
- Partner with department heads on cost and investment choices
- Present clear, concise financial insight to senior leaders
What you’ll bring
- Around 5 or more years in FP&A or business partnering
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
- Confident communicating with non-finance stakeholders
- Able to work on-site in Dubai
Nice to have
- A recognised accounting qualification
- Experience with SAP or a similar ERP
