About the role

Wingtip is looking for a Head of Talent to build its hiring function as the company grows. This is a fully remote role open to people based in the US.

  • Set the hiring strategy and plan with the leadership team
  • Build and lead a team of recruiters
  • Create a consistent, fair interview process
  • Track hiring data and use it to improve

What you’ll bring

  • Around 10 or more years in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Experience leading a talent team at a growing company
  • Comfortable working remotely across time zones
